Indoxalo terms of service
By using Indoxalo the shop agrees to these terms with WAVO MARKETING.
The service
Indoxalo lets the shop's customers preview products on a photo of themselves. Images are AI-generated and indicative: they do not exactly represent fit, size or colour.
Plans and credits
1 generated photo = 1 credit. Plans and included credits are shown on the plans page; extra credits are billed by Shopify on the shop's invoice. The shop can set a monthly safety cap. Failed generations do not use credits.
Shop obligations
The shop informs its customers about the virtual try-on in its own privacy policy, does not present results as real photographs and does not use the app for unlawful, sexually explicit content or content depicting minors.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available; when generation is unavailable the button is hidden from shoppers automatically.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WAVO MARKETING's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the app in the previous 12 months.
